HBcAb Hepatitis B Core Ab Rapid Test

【INTENDED USE】

HBcAb Hepatitis B Core Ab Rapid Test is used for qualitative detection of hepatitis B virus core antibody (HBCAb) in human serum, plasma and whole blood samples in vitro. Infection caused by the hepatitis B virus poses a serious public health problem. Maternal transmission, sexual transmission and blood transmission are the most important transmission routes. Early detection of infection can effectively reduce the spread of the disease. This product is used for the auxiliary diagnosis of hepatitis B virus infection.

【TEST PRINCIPLE】

The HBcAb gold standard test strip was pre-coated with gold-labeled recombinant core antigen (E. coli expression)(CAg) on the glass cellulose film, and coated with mouse anti-core mab (CAb1) and sheep anti-recombinant core antigen at the detection line and control line on the nitrate cellulose film, respectively. During detection, the CAb in the sample was coated with the anti-CAB1-competing gold-labeled core antigen CAg. In the case of a positive sample, gold-labeled CAg does not bind to rat resistant CAb1 at the detection line, and no visible bands appear at the detection line. In the case of a negative sample, the gold-labeled CAg combines with the rat resistant CAb1 at the detection line to form a ribbon. Gold-labeled CAg can be captured by sheep anti-recombinant core antigen at the control line to form a color band.

【SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE】

1. Storage conditions: 2~30°C sealed dry storage, valid period: 24 months;

2. After the test card is removed from the aluminum foil bag, the experiment should be carried out as soon as possible. If it is placed in the air for too long, the paper strip in the card will be damp and fail;

3. Production date, expiration date: See the label.

【Test procedure】

1. Remove the sample from storage, balance it to room temperature (18~25°C) and number it;

2.Take out the required number of test cards from the packaging box, open the aluminum foil packaging bag, take out the test card and put it on the table, and the number (corresponding to the sample)

3.Add 60uL serum (pulp) into each of the five sample holes of the test card with the sample gun, or drop three drops into each sample hole with the prescribed dropper; 4. The final observation and judgment results were made 20 minutes after adding samples, and the test results were invalid 30 minutes later.

RESULTS

Positive :

1. Only one purple reaction line appeared in the control line.

2. If there is a purple band in the control line, there is a very weak purple band in the detection line, it should be judged as weak positive.

Negative: There is a purple red reaction line in the detection line and in the control line.

Invalid: No purple reaction line appears on the test card, or only one reaction line appears on the detection line, indicating that the experiment failed or the detection card is invalid, please re-test with a new detection card. If the problem persists, please stop using this batch and contact your local distributor.
